Spring Goodness

March signifies the beginning of the peak season for that wonderful delight - asparagus.  During the spring season the availability of asparagus is wide and abundant and the quality is top-notch.  When supplies are abundant then the price is right too. 

Asparagus can be enjoyed many different ways such as raw, baked, boiled, steamed, roasted or grilled.
